I booked a two bedroom with a hot tub when I got there, they put me in a one bedroom that wasn’t even close to as nice as the one that I booked. When it was brought to their attention, they completely treated me very unprofessionally and said there was nothing they can do even though I paid way more money for the room than the one that was worth that they gave me. Overall was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

フロントデスクに人はいません。 チェックインの際も、スタッフは一切来ることがなくよくわからないセキュリティーのような小さなおじさんが日本語も英語も全くしゃべれないですが、部屋に案内はどうにかしてくれます。 ホテルのスタッフから、 「いきなり別のお客様の内覧が入っているから部屋を内覧させてくれ」と言われた時はさすがに断りました、、、、 さすがにお金を払って利用していますので、その期間中の内覧はさせないでください。 よろしくお願い申し上げます。 There is no one at the front desk. Even at check-in, no staff comes for any support and a small man who looks like a security guard and he does not speaks neither Japanese nor English at all, but he somehow manages to guide to the room. From the hotel staff, When the hotel staff told me, "We suddenly have another guest previewing, so let us preview your room," I refused as expected. 、、、、 As you can imagine, I paid to use the hotel, so please don't let someone to preview the room during that period. Best regards

部屋は清潔でウォシュレットもついている！周辺はたくさんのレストランがあり眼の前にコンビニエンスストアがある。私の利用した7階は見晴らが良く、小さいながらのテラスも最高！次回もぜひ利用したい。とてもおすすめです。
