Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
This hotel does not exist at the listed address. When we arrived, we were told the hotel had moved, but no one could give us clear information and communication was very difficult due to the language barrier. Nobody seemed to care or help. As a result, we had to book another hotel last minute, wasting both time and money. This listing should be removed from Hotels.com
