"Great experience. Only issue was I wanted a king bed but they apologized when we arrived that they only had 2 queens but offered to give me comp Marriott reward points and keep room at same price so we took it. The room was quiet and clean. The hot water ran out pretty quick but they had a free breakfast and the pool and hot tub while small were clean and working. Very close to Arundel outlets and lots of food and shopping. "

My daughter and I experienced a terrible taxicab driver pick up from Amtrak station and he abandoned us at the wrong holiday inn after twice giving him the address. The wonderful manager at the wrong holiday inn coordinated her shuttle team to transport my daughter and I to the correct holiday inn location. So grateful to her❤️. "
