"Self parking was very far away and inconvenient. For a property of this calibre, I expected better. No shuttle was offered to and from this parking area. The room had a very musty smell at all times. I heard that the restaurant is great so I will return for that but probably will stay elsewhere in the area if given the choice."

"Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. There were a couple of staff that could have been much better. Went to the bar and they were out of tequila. Was going to order food and was advised that all of the food was pre made and all they do is heat up in a microwave. Room was okay."

"One young staff member she was extremely rude at front desk, reported duct tape on floor at door and that a coat rack hanger fell on wifes foot and all she said was well it happens i guess and walked off like it didnt matter."
