“Really enjoyed staying here, it was nice to be so close to york city centre as it made it easier to plan the day and fit in more activities. Also, it allowed us to enjoy the nightlife without worrying about getting a taxi or a long walk back. The actual property itself was not so small you're struggling for space, but small enough that it didn't feel like we were occupying more realestate than we needed. “The cottage was well set up with lots of internal space for our trip. The bedrooms we large and along with the bathrooms they made out stay so much nicer. It was a shame the log burner sting was broken and therefore did not really work, on Host and Stay website it also said we had a washer - yet there was not. Would I stay again? No - as there was no WiFi (which for me is essential), no washing machine, a little care and attention on their log burner would make so much difference. ”
