"Excellent facilities in this room with a well maintained bathroom and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is very good and the staff are very friendly there. I was very surprised how quiet the room was on the ground floor next to the pub but did hear noise from the road unfortunately. You can’t hang much of your clothing in the room as we were only supplied with 2 hangers and the ceilings are low so be aware of this if you’re 6 feet tall! Apart from that I would recommend this place to anyone who just needs a basic room with a bed and bathroom."

"We stay several times a year at Crown Plaza, it has never once let us down on anything. Rooms are spotless as is the rest of hotel, bars and outside areas. Breakfast buffet has a wide and varied choice always fresh and hot equally there is a fantastic cold buffet too. Bars both inside and out are cheery and inviting. STAFF, a great big thank you to you all for making our mini breaks so restful, peaceful, enjoyable and special, you are a credit."

"Amazing hotel with great A/C during the heat wave. My wife and I checked in early and got met by very friendly staff who told us about the hotel and showed us to the lift and gave us directions to our room. We went out into the town for lunch and returned for cocktails before dinner. The breakfast was very good and again the staff very friendly and chatty. We will be back 😊"

"I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Stratford Upon Avon by IHG, and overall it was a very good experience with only a couple of small things to be aware of for future travellers. 🛏️ Room & Cleanliness The rooms were modern, spotless, and well‑maintained, which immediately set a good tone for the stay. The addition of air conditioning was a big plus, especially for warmer days, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. 👋 Staff & Reception Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Reception in particular was efficient and made check‑in smooth. You really feel looked after from the moment you arrive. 🍳 Breakfast Breakfast was well organised, with good service and a solid choice of hot and cold options. Everything was fresh, and the team kept things running smoothly even during busy periods. 🍸 Bar The bar area was a nice place to relax, with a cosy atmosphere and good drink options. A great spot to unwind after exploring the town. 🚗 Parking The only downside is the £15 per day parking fee, which feels a little on the high side and is an additional cost on top of the booking. It’s worth factoring this in when planning your stay. 📍 Location The hotel’s location is excellent. Stratford Upon Avon itself is a lovely area with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance.
