“Loved the location. Was very pleasant setting. Slept well in a Tudor style room from the 1500’s!”

“Great location, Helpful & nice Staff, Bar open 24/7 - Clean rooms on arrival, but cleaners not great during the stay. The shower was the biggest disappointment, not enough pressure and Temperamental temperature. The breakfast menu is quite poor with vegetarian options, for example the vegan breakfast was full of fake meat products rather than veg and plant based ingredients. lots of local Cafes”

“직원들이 친절해요. 시설이 다소 노후 하였네요.”

“Although in an older building, it is obvious the owners have made an effort to keep the rooms updated. Well decorated and appointed large room with large en suite. bath. Friendly service at check-in and at breakfast.”

“There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

“The accommodation was excellent, and most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly.”

“전반적으로 조식, 시설 등 출장숙박으로 만족했지만, 골프와 스파시설을 이용하지 않는 사람으로서는 큰 메리트가 없었음. 왜냐면 내부시설은 대부분 낡았고, 방음이 잘되지는 않았음. 또한, Stratford 시내까지는 무조건 차로 3-5분 이동이 필요함. 주변에 아무것도 없음.”

“Beautiful hotel, lovely clean rooms very close to the RSC. Has on site car charging. Downside was how far away our room was from reception, and upstairs. The darkness in the grounds through the garden towards town wasn’t pleasant, we used our phone torches.”

“Great location, potential to be a beautiful hotel, but needs some tlc. The room was dirty, dirty toilet, headboard had stains all over it, stains on the sheets. No Iron, ironing board or even a hairdryer in the room. Not suitable for disabled people, steps outside the property, stairs everywhere, no lift. The lady on reception was very lovely and very helpful.”

“The cottage was spotless, the shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had all I needed to cook a meal which I appreciated. The experience was bliss.”
