Location was perfect for a first time stay in Stratford upon Avon. It was very central and an easy walk into town centre where we planned our sightseeing. Facilities at hotel were great. Worth downloading the Ring-go parking app as bedroom overlooking car park and in close proximity. We didn’t use the car for the duration of our 2 night stay.
Staff were excellent and happy to help - including assisting my sister with breakfast options to take back to room...

Supermarkets, multi cuisine restaurants incl Indian, tourist attractions are all within a walking distance of 10 to 15 mts max. Our best stay..”

“Very welcoming on arrival. Room was ideal for two of us , clean and comfortable. Receptionists was very informative about helpful when asking about local area for eating etc . Continental breakfast well worth the money quite a bit of variety .”
“Enjoyed the hot tub. Delicious full English breakfast 200 yards away at the Burnside Hotel. Great choice of food at the village pub, The Belll.
Arrived at check in time of 4pm and had to call the number to get owner to let us into room. Hard to get shower colder, owner let us use upstairs bathroom meant for another (vacant) room instead.

“Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!”
