"I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo Stratford Upon Avon by IHG, and overall it was a very good experience with only a couple of small things to be aware of for future travellers. 🛏️ Room & Cleanliness The rooms were modern, spotless, and well‑maintained, which immediately set a good tone for the stay. The addition of air conditioning was a big plus, especially for warmer days, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. 👋 Staff & Reception Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Reception in particular was efficient and made check‑in smooth. You really feel looked after from the moment you arrive. 🍳 Breakfast Breakfast was well organised, with good service and a solid choice of hot and cold options. Everything was fresh, and the team kept things running smoothly even during busy periods. 🍸 Bar The bar area was a nice place to relax, with a cosy atmosphere and good drink options. A great spot to unwind after exploring the town. 🚗 Parking The only downside is the £15 per day parking fee, which feels a little on the high side and is an additional cost on top of the booking. It’s worth factoring this in when planning your stay. 📍 Location The hotel’s location is excellent. Stratford Upon Avon itself is a lovely area with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. The river walk is especially nice and adds to the charm of staying here. ✔️ Overall: A clean, modern hotel with great staff, good breakfast, and an ide"

"I was having a difficult day when I arrived but then I was greeted so warmly by Darcy and Gemma, they made me feel so welcome that my day turned around instantly! My room was charming and cozy, comfy bed, nice furnishings and a fantastic large old claw foot bath tub. It felt cozy and luxurious at the same time. The location was excellent for walking, restaurants and access to the train station. The breakfast was also great, with plenty to choose from and table service instead of just buffet as in most hotels. Be aware that it is an old building so you do hear noise from other guests coming and going. Nothing worth complaining about. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!"
