My daughter and I recently had a wonderful, relaxing 3-night stay at the Ritz Bacara. My daughter is a college student nearby and needed a relaxing getaway. The Ritz definitely fit the bill. The front desk is anti social or needs a quick refresher on people skills. Housekeeping and Maintenance team you gals and gals rock. These two team are very professional, polite, and overall great people. Our room AC died and maintenance came in a jiffy and addressed the situation. The landscape is very beautiful and the barn gym was great-could have weights for bodybuilders. Pool water temperature was warm and pool side clean. Surrounding area looks run down or not so inviting.

We enjoyed our two-night stay here. The hallway fan provided white noise, which helped minimize any outside or hallway sounds. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was attentive and responsive to our requests, which we appreciated. Breakfast was included - simple but satisfying, with everything well stocked and conveniently available. Parking was easy, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus during our stay.

Very happy with the room, the house very cozy. Staff friendly. Clean. The breakfast was delicious! I would stay there anytime, I just wouldn’t stay on the second floor. I recommend the host tells the guest staying on the third floor to be more considerate when is bed time with the people in the rooms on the second floor. You can hear everything!
