“Great location in the village. Walking distance to everywhere. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with comfy beds. I will stay here again and highly recommend d the hotel!”

“Beautiful property. New. Clean. Great views. Excellent breakfast. Tough to get to on windy mountain roads. No food options on Sunday - little market closed, no restaurant, no grocery. If you're traveling with kids, pool only open to kids from 10am to 2pm.”

“The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum. I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel...

“Super lieve mensen. Mooi hotel, netjes. Het ontbijt was heerlijk!”

“Lovely hotel, great location and perfect for visiting Zermatt! We arrived at the hotel later in the evening and found it to be in a very convenient location, just a short distance from the train station where you can catch the shuttle train to Zermatt. Parking is also available at the hotel, which was a great bonus! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the hotel had kindly arranged a lovely little display in our room for our arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch and made...
