Our stay at the hotel in Zermatt was nothing short of perfection, far exceeding our five-star expectations. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality was warm and attentive, but the true highlight was receiving an unexpected complimentary upgrade to an even more luxurious room. Opening the curtains to the majestic, breathtaking view of the Matterhorn left us utterly spellbound—a serene, soul-stirring sight that made our mornings unforgettable. Every single detail of the experience was pure bliss, and as we checked out, we had already decided that we will undoubtedly return to Zermatt and stay at this remarkable hotel again.

View from balcony of Matterhorn awesome. Pool was enjoyable with all of the spa jets. One very helpful lady at desk. Only negative was walk down Main Street from hotel had bad odors from a sheep pen and trash cans. Not on property but had to pass several times on walk to town.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt. The location is excellent — close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to the ski lifts, which made our trip so convenient. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and perfect after long days of skiing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the wellness area was a great place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding Stay with Matterhorn Views We had a fantastic stay at Alpenhotel Fleurs de Zermatt in January 2026. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt.
