Booked with Expedia who said hotel acknowledged reservation but at check in, said no reservation. Front desk has no computer. Expedia tried calling multiple times but call was disconnected. I arrived at the hotel about 7 pm. The hotel is locked, all the lights are off and no one answered the door or the phone. I have never experienced anything like tbis before.
