Pool the had freezing water it was cold cold! The jacuzzi was also so cold , I asked the front desk if it didn’t had heated water and they said it was not working, sad thing because I chooched this hotel so my kids could had fun in the pool but , the fun didn’t last long because the water never got ...

Staff, location to hospital, room, fitness room were all great. The only question/issue was there was no tv in the living area of our suite. I would still stay again.
