“Great selection for breakfast and very tasty. Comfy bed. It was market day (Wednesday) so traffic was really busy, we was having trouble finding somewhere to park, I telephoned the hotel and asked if it was okay to park early, they said yes and also I asked if we could park beyond our checkout time and they said yes. “We visited Healds Hall for a family occasion. The food was excellent throughout - both catering for a large number at the function and serving breakfasts next day - having everything prepared from fresh ingredients. The room we stayed in was obviously refurbished. With the modern amenities of a good bathroom, and the restful atmosphere of the period house, it was a very pleasant experience.”
