"For the low cost compared to other hotels in the area, it was worth it. Looks grand from the outside and entrance . The room I was in, was clean but could use an upgrade in the bathroom, hole in door, old bath and shower with no plug so couldn’t take a bath. Rock hard pillows."

"Clean rooms, breakfast from a menu, not buffet. You need to go to an adjacent building to get to the restaurant/breakfast. The rooms are rather basic, no hairdryer. I would have preferred the aircon to be installed away from the bed as it was blowing into it. Nice hotel in general in a good location."

"Hotels nice, room was so nice and bed was very compfy but the lady who booked me in didnt know what she was doing, she asked me if i wanted a bath with shower or walk in shower, i asked for a walk in shower instead gave me the bath. The room she out us in was 358 far from the esclators next to a fire exit 2 long corridor where the light did not come on for a few seconds in the second corridor, so walking in the dark for a couple steps which is not great for ladies walking back on there own or if they have had a drink. For what i paid i didnt bother complain or ask to be moved as room itself is nice. "

"Quick easy check in. Friendly staff. Plenty of room in the car park when we arrived mid afternoon on a Saturday. Nice room. Quite small bathroom but adequate. Good location for resort world, NEC and train station. "
