โAfter two weeks of camping, we really appreciated the lovely bed and fantastic shower at this place. Not a lot of things were open when we got there later in the evening; if you are on foot, getting there from the Ijmuiden rail station is tricky. Not a lot of cabs want to come and get you. โThe worst hotel experience Iโve had in Europe.
I ordered room service slightly after the cut-off time, and although the order was automatically cancelled, my card was charged. I contacted the hotel immediately and followed all their instructions โ WhatsApp, reception, and email โ but got nothing in return except a thumbs-up emoji.
