"The stay itself was great. Close to everything we wanted. The staff was helpful and the property was clean. The only thing is the bathroom needed to be remodeled. There were plugged holes in the tub. Otherwise everything was great."

"We were lucky to fine this charming resort in the middle of Helen. We stayed there at their beginning of their Octoberfest weekend. It was a great respite from the lively town and festivities. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. A plus was the restaurant. That Saturday night the had a acoustic guitar player that played many tunes from the 80’s. The resort had a golf course that had elevated tee boxes the directed you to scenic fairways. Highly recommend"

"The Helendorf is a great in-town stay. Very good location, in walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The feel of the town's Bavarian theme is absolutely charming, and The Helendorf certainly captures that very well. Well maintained, plenty of parking, and very comfortable. A great value as well."
