“The front desk and kitchen staff were all very nice. The lobby was clean and our room was clean. My bathroom was in rough shape. The ceiling had black mold on it. You can see where it had previously been painted over. We chose this hotel because it advertises a heated outdoor pool. It was a large 3ft deep hot tub. It was 90 degrees out. “Smelled like cat urin”

“2 night stay. Opted for this facility so our grandsons could swim....not possible either day. Reservation made 2 months in advance, room not available at check in due to "cleaning" issues. Room not cleaned, garbage emptied, beds made overnight stay. Breakfast was very good.”

“The checkin was good. The sheets and towels were clean. The rest of the hotel was quite grubby and not well cleaned. Pool and hot tub were not functioning despite the website indicating they were open. Check out was challenging as the staff were openly arguing in the lobby area - not professional at all.”

“My only complaint was the coffee service was at 0700. The next time I stay in Helena I would love to stay here again. I have usually stayed right off the freeway and this is the first time I have ever, in 50 years, ever stayed downtown.
