"The check in process was not good. Clearly they did not have a room allocated. This took time and I took a room where the dryer did not work (this was OK because I did not need it). Also all of my details from Expedia did not flow through to the booking. The other issue was the internet. Most hotels these days fast internet is free. This hotel I had to pay for a week to get high speed even though I there only for two nights. That is not as good as it should be. I did give some feedback about the check in and the hotel responded promptly with an apology and a free bottle of wine"
