โI was impressed by the fast and very friendly gentleman at reception and felt welcome. We only needed a room for one night passing through but could have easily spent more time there if I needed to be in Hope longer. The things that matter most to me in a room are, Comfortable beds and pillows, CLEANLINESS , and great service. This room did not disappoint. One helpful tip for the owner would be to have a small shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries.

โMy family and I stayed for one night in July 2025. Our stay exceeded our expectations. (I write this as the husband to a daughter of a motel and bar owner (ret.), so it'd be hard NOT to have some 2nd hand experience in how a motel ought to be operated). This is why:
The People. The two behind the counter are amazing people. I spoke at length with one (and I'm so sorry I did not get your name), and again with Emma in the morning before I left. Great characters, honest, hard working, no BS...
โThe staff was friendly and very accommodating! The pool change rooms and gym were under renovations so not accessible, but overall, our stay was good. โ
โI liked the fact they had Shaw, I mean Rogers cable as opposed to streaming services. The in-room coffee was a plus and management was pleasant to deal with.โ
