"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "Clean room, was very warm but a fan was provided. The bathroom is a little dated but works & the shower had good pressure so was nice & powerful. The breakfast was good, a buffet selection. The chap on reception was very friendly & helpful. Would recommend."

"Stayed for one night to collect son from Uni (Bay campus). Convenient location to Bay campus plus easy to get out to Waterfall Country for a hike and the Mumbles for breakfast. Close to waterfront marina for dinner. Room was great and perfect for one night stay. Only gripe was no aircon and it was a warm stuffy night."
