“Incredibly clean room and washing facilities. The host was always happy to help. Some of my clothes were wrinkly so I asked to borrow an iron, and she had one on hand right away. I also really appreciated the little mini fridge in the room. The location is incredible and right near the city’s center.”

“The room was amazing. It was very clean and very comfortable. The staff on site very approachable and friendly, we arrived a bit late to collect the keys and they were very helpful. All in a very good condition and quiet for nice sleep. I do recommend this place.”

“Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and...

“We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to the area. The couple are very nice people.”

“Room was lovely fab bathroom. Cooked breakfast was delicious choice of orange and apple juice, fruit, cereals tea and coffee. Plenty of parking in car park. Reception staff friendly.”

“We had an excellent stay at the Spilman Hotel. The room was clean and spacious with high quality fixtures and fittings. The receptionist Michelle was friendly and welcoming and the location was great. We won't be the first to mention the challenging entryway to the car park - but the video supplied by the hotel was helpful in this regard. Carmarthen was an interesting place to visit.”
