Expensive, so you expect a premium service, but housekeeping wasn't performed despite asking for it, breakfast service was very busy and they had run out of some options, toilet didn't flush properly and having to pay extra for parking is an insult. It is a characterless modern hotel building, no charm at all."

"One of our favourite places we have stayed. Hotel was beautiful, location was fantastic and the views from the room were amazing! The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. The staff were very attentive. We had breakfast on the outside terrace and that was delicious. We use to live in swansea so we knew parking on the road up by verdis is free so we parked there and walked down (parking by the hotel is pricey). Had the best stay! Highly recommend "
