“It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again .”

“The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. “Very friendly and helpful hosts. Lots of attention to detail. Gluten free diet catered for really well, gluten free biscuits in the room and gluten free cake to have with a cup tea/coffee on arrival. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely go there again”

“It is a unique property a hotel with no reception area. But the rooms were clean. The lady who cleaned the rooms was lovely. Text messages were responded to timely. We didn’t have any issues while we were there. We actually extended our stay.”

“The owner was nice and very helpful. She printed out a map for use to show us the places we would like to visit and a few free parking places in Saunderfoot. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked every morning. The location is not bad, 5 mins or maybe even less to drive to Saunderfoot town centre/ 20 mins walk. Tenby was about 10 mins drive away. The room had everything needs,plus a nice coffee pod machine and Welsh cakes. Parking is included which was great.”

“We hit a few snags whilst staying at this property. Our room was not cleaned once during our 5 night stay. The bed was never made up nor the linens replaced, towels where never changed and room ammineties not replenished. At the end of our stay we where asked if we required anything. The room also did not have an external window other than that in the bathroom. The only way to get natural light I to the room or air flow was to leave the bathroom door wide open and the window.
