Super nice B&B in the welsh countryside... as close to a town (Ammanford) as you would want but far enough away to be rural. Rooms (we have stayed there twice in the past month) are really rather nice, showers have plenty of hot water and the hosts, Jane and Nigel, serve a breakfast that keeps you going for the rest of the day

We were welcomed and showed where to park. Went in and the lady welcomed us and showed us around and then took us up to our room.. A beautiful place all round. Spacious, clean and well lit room with tea making facilities (which we appreciate so much). Comfortable bed, nice shower and very yummy breakfast. We will definitely stay here again should we come back to the area. The couple are very nice people.

What a lovely stay we had . The farm house was beautifully done to a very high standard but keeping the originality of the building . Jane and Nigel were amazing hosts . So friendly and nothing was to much trouble The rooms were well kitted out beds comfortable with good quality bedding . All in all we would totally recommend it

What a splendid two nights’ stay, and what an excellent B&B! We found the room first-rate in every respect, and the hosts very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant — most especially over the two wonderful breakfasts. We can thoroughly recommend Pontyclerc, and hope to return soon for a further stay in the South Wales area.

We stayed at Pontyclerc farm house while visiting friends in the area. The farm house was charming. Room was comfortable and very clean, lovely biscuits with a lovely sellection of teas coffee, and hot chocolate. Ensuite was of a very good size, with good toiletries supplied. Service for breakfast was friendly and professional, breakfast itself was delicious. Jane and Nigel made you feel very welcome and were very helpful with directions and useful information about the local area. I would definitely recommend Pontyclerc Farm house.

Great place to stay

We had a fabulous stay at Pontyclerc. Jane and Nigel were welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The room was light and spacious, the bed comfortable and the shower a delight. The breakfast was perfect. We thoroughly recommend Pontyclerc.

A Great B&B in Wales

It was a lovely b&b, just what you’d expect from a farm location (though it was very close to a busy road). Jane, the proprietor, met me at the door and showed me to my room. The room was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the ensuite was large and modern. The breakfast menu was incredible, ranging from cereal to a full Welsh breakfast, much of it prepared from local ingredients.

I would say we was made very welcome by the owners the room was king-size and really comfortable clean and very tidy and high quality furniture and the breakfast was very good quality we was there from 7th to 9th June 2024 and we will definitely go back and tell our family and friends about this lovely place Louise and Barry Williams
