"When we booked the hotel, we made sure that we would have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We also checked to make sure that there was a hot breakfast or continental breakfast available.
We checked in on August 1 and we were told that the company delivering the refrigerators was running behind and we had no refrigerator in the room.
