Persoonlijk vond ik de uitstekende geluidsisolatie van de muren in het gebouw zeer belangrijk om te kunnen slapen. Ook de flexibele omgang van de aanwezige eigenaar vond ik fijn. Een gezelliger inrichting met bvb muurdecoratie zou nog fijner zijn

Cortesia e grande professionalità del gestore, il Signor Gregory è di una simpatia unica, sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza, offre consigli su ristoranti della zone dove mangiare. Pensate che ci ha proposto un'escursione notturna in un villaggio della zona di Hersonissos dove abbiamo mangiato e assistito ad un'esibizione di musica tradizionale e danza greca, una meraviglia... bè il signor Gregory ci ha personalmente accompagnati con la sua macchina! La struttura è centralissima, le stanze sono pulite e funzionali, cosa volere di più!

Bisogna impegnarsi per gestire così male un hotel!

L'hotel è situato in uno dei palazzi più alti di Hersonissos... E non ha ascensore. Rischiate di dovervi fare fino a 3 piani di ripide scale a chiocciola qualora vi fosse assegnato un appartamento in cima. Si resta sbigottiti a leggere gli "avvisi" riportati sulla porta della stanza: si parla di multa nel caso in cui si macchi un asciugamano o lo si getti a terra. Asciugamani che però si guardano bene dal cambiare, se non molto di rado. Mai vista una roba simile altrove. Nel dubbio, ho evitato di usarli. La cucina é bloccata con una protezione anti-utilizzo che sembra un sistema antitaccheggio di una gioielleria. Avvilente, neanche fossimo dei ladri. Per sbloccarla bisogna pagare una quota giornaliera a parte. Io mi sono rifiutato per principio, e ho preferito mangiare fuori. Sempre sul famoso cartello sulla porta, si parla di pulizie eseguite giornalmente... Sì, in un mondo parallelo. Nel mio caso, sono state fatte una sola volta in due settimane di soggiorno. Il tempo è relativo, sosteneva Einstein... Se siete fortunati, potrebbe capitarvi un appartamento con la vasca... Ma non gioite anzitempo. Sarà sfornito di tappo, così che non possiate riempirla e farvici il bagno. D'altronde c'è poco da sorprendersi: una delle raccomandazioni che mi è stata fatta all'arrivo è stata quella di usare lo scaldabagno con estrema parsimonia... Gli standard degli hotel greci è già di per sè piuttosto basso. Qui siamo al di sotto pure di quello. Decidete voi...

Little attention to guests' needs

I can't advice this hotel to anybody. In 13 days of stay, they cleaned my room just once. Without either replacing the garbage bag or toilet paper. I had to buy myself not only the paper, but also other cleaning stuff for the floor, and do the cleaning job by myself. You will find the kitchen stove literally locked. You have to pay apart if you want to use it (6€ per day. Frankly not worth the price: for that amount you can have a full meal 50 meters far from the hotel). They do not leave you available either one plastic dish. In the kitchen sink, toilet sink and bathub was not present any water tap, maybe just in order not to let you use too much water. So it was just impossible to have a bath, wash something in the sink or collect a little water in general. No hair-dryer or a little toilet soap was provided. Heating system wasn't working (Lack of gas inside it, probably. Despite I was told it was perfectly working). The stairs in the common areas were left uncleaned for many days, although they easily got dirty of mud because of the rain. The reception is almost always closed in winter. It could be an issue for some guests, like those with children. The hotel is advertised on the internet as "24 H reception" and "Everyday cleaning service". It's evident that neither one nor the other thing are true; at least in low season. I think it would be more honest to specify these details on the online hotel descriptions, in order to avoid to let people leave disappointed.

The apartments was great and I can highly recommend it if your are looking for a convenient location in Hersonissos. This was our first stay at Greta Apartments and since there were four of us we needed that many beds. Greta Apartments was one of the few that offered four separate beds at the reservation time. The place was very clean, well maintained, easily accessible and offered all the basic amenities that traveler to this town would like to have. Centrally located yet quiet, Greta Apartments offered convenience to all main attractions, supermarkets, coffee shops, additional shopping, etc.

Excellent location close between main road and beach road (less than 100 metres to each. Large clean 2 bedroom apartment given on arrival. No cooking facilities but kettle and sandwich toaster were provided. Family were very friendly and spoke good English.

Sehr gutes Personal und super Lage

Der Aufenthalt hat mir gut gefallen da man in alle Richtungen etwas zu tun hatte wie essen, shoppen und natürlich Strand der keine 5. Minuten entfernt war. Der Hotelmanager ist sehr hilfsbereit und fährt einen zu jeder Zeit zum Flughafen für 40€. Das auszumachen war anfangs schwer da ich nur sein Vater ans Telephon bekam und der kein Englisch versteht, einfach öfter versuchen dann dürfte es schon irgendwann klappen. Das W-LAN war meistens sehr bruchhaft zur Verfügung was mich leicht frustriert hat bei manchen Momenten. Würde bestimmt nochmal dort hin gehen.

Good location but.....

Very good stαff and very friendly but very unorganized hotel (bad wifi, bad signal on the tv) I was told to pay 5 euros per day for the use of the kitchen, finally I contacted hotels.com and I didn't pay anything, room different than it was written on the voucher and photos of the hotel also different than it was depicted on the voucher. Great location and very safe hotel.

Wonderful stay for excellent price!

Our stay at Greta Apartments was wonderful. The price was very inexpensive for the location and quality of stay. We were just 200 feet from the beach, our balcony had ocean view, and the owner was very personal, friendly and outgoing. The room was spacious.

Хороший отель, полностью соответствует своей цене. Рядом много магазинов, ресторанов и пляж. Для длительного пребывания я бы его не рекомендовал как и сам Херсонисос.

Appartamento Vicino al mare e alla Vita Serale

Appartamento Monolocale, Piccolo ma pulito e con condizionatore incluso. Piccolo Balcone Esterno per cenere all'aperto o stendere la biancheria - Angolo Cucina ridotto a due piastre elettriche NON incluse nel Prezzo (Non è colpa del Locatario; nella zona quasi tutti cenano fuori visti i prezzi bassi dei pasti). Offre a pagamento l'uso della cucina oppure una colazione a buffet - Nella scheda dell'agenzia NON era indicato il sovrapprezzo per la cucina, ma l'operatore di Expedia mi ha confermato che loro sapevano del Costo. Quindi nell'insieme una buona struttura per passare la vacanza a creta. Parcheggio lungo la strada quasi inesistente, ma non colpa del locale; è un neo di tutta la zona dove le strade sono strette e a senso unico - c'è comunque un parcheggio a 300 metri disponibile gratuitamente...Altra Nota positiva, Offrono dei Pasti a Prezzi concorrenziali direttamente nella struttura

camera per tre persone piccolissima i letti tutti uniti, il bagno privo di ogni accessorio e lo stato di pulizia lascia a desiderare, abbiamo trovato capelli di altre persone ovunque con tutta la segnalazione fatta in 5 giorni non sono riusciti a pulire, la biancheria non è stata mai cambiata. ottima posizione.
