Very helpful staff especially at reception, they went out of their way for us. Room was reasonably clean, but it is an old hotel. The food in the restaurant was really good with lots of choices and always topped up, the staff were amazing. The gym definitely needs updating and is actually a healthy and safety problem. The beach is not good for swimming unless you walk a few hundred meters down the road.

Dem Personal lag viel daran den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Essen war jedes mal ein absolutes Highlight. Die Pools haben viel Abwechslung geboten. Die Standbar war für uns jeden Abend ein gelungener Abschluss. Leider merkt man dem Hotel an das es von 1992 stammt und in der Zeit nicht so viel investiert wurde. Die neuen Eigentümer haben aber für den Winter massive Renovierungsarbeiten angekündigte. Alles im allem war es ein schöner Urlauber mit ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten, die man aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht erwarten sollte.

Schöne Anlage,freundliches Personal, aber keine 5 Sterne! Eher 3,5 bis 4 Sterne, dafür ist aber Preis-Leistung voll o.k. Der schmale Kiesstrand war vorher bekannt,daher kein meckern angebracht. Sandstrände fussläufig aber erreichbar. In der Nachsaison eher ruhig,drum herum, daher angenehm. Mit Mietauto alle Ziele gut erreichbar. Essen voll ok. Zu bemängeln war aber das z.T. nur lauwarme Duschwasser abds.u.morgens. Grosses Entgegenkommen dafür beim late check out. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaub in gutem Hotel.

Les chambres nuptiales sur la plage ont besoins de rafraîchissement, imaginez les chambres standards. N'ont pas respecté durant tous le séjour les réservations à la carte et le personnel n'a pas trouver de solution envers un problème déjà payer et inclus dans un service "tout inclus". Seulement 3 restaurants dans le même bâtiment et ils ne vous aiderons pas en cas de besoin lorsque leurs propre employés font des erreurs de réservation. La plage est en pierre et roches. Vous pouvez vous blesser lors des baignades.

1st. time in this property. Check in process as usual. Waiting on line, due to lack of staff, to many guests. I can not complain to much. If you need beach towels, it is 20 Euros/each deposit, cash, however there is an ATM outside/for a fee off course. (Shame can not charge the room for that). Nice, friendly staff all over, clean facilities and room. Oh. The pools are closing early. To the beach you have to across a small road, but not a lot of traffic. The beach itself has rocks, so if you want to enjoy send, you have to go somewhere else. Restaurants, need to make reservations on time ( at least two days in advance). But there is a buffet style ( no res. needed). Property has two bars, one inside and one near the pool. If you want you can snack, there is a snack bar. Parking lot is on the smaller side, and the local car rental company taking up places with cars.

Première nuit à un autre hôtel car overbooking… Pas de dédommagements ni upgrade lors de notre retour. L’autre hôtel n’était pas all in et nous avons dû payer les boissons, beaucoup de mal à nous faire rembourser ces boissons !

Großartige Anlage mit eingeschränktem Beachfeeling

Die Anlage insgesamt toll, allerdings strandmäßig nicht gerade das Beste- sehr eng und steinig. In der Umgebung bei anderen Hotels besser. Allinclusive sehr gut. Die Pools super, leider nur 18 Grad. Family Zimmer mit toller Aussicht- leider fehlt dort ein Schreibtisch.

Superbe hôtel, nourriture excellente, personnel super notamment au bar de la piscine, et les femmes adorables à la crêperie pool, situation géographique excellente, tout est bien organisé. J'ai hésité longtemps car j'avais lu beaucoup d'avis négatifs qui à notre sens ne sont pas justifiés. Si possibilité nous y retournerons. Aussi facile de se baigner à la piscine qu'à la mer. Welcoming and lovely.

The staff there were fantastic. The restaurant team and spa team in particular. The choice of pools was amazing and distance to the beach was ideal. The buffet, which extensive was not great for a baby/children. Lots of salt and sugar but very enjoyable for two sleep deprived parents. The room was spacious and comfortable. However because throughout most of the night we could hear doors banging which constantly woke up our baby. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great visit

Great stay, big spacious room. Outdoor bungalow, overlooking the gardens. Visited during Covid so meal times had a reduced service on so good choice was limited, not much choice for children as it was all stews or fish. Queues for the bar could get long & there is only one person serving. Beach is a small shingle beach just across the road from hotel. Crepes were great throughout the day. We tried to book in the restaurants with no luck even though there were lots of tables empty at certain time’s of the day which was quite frustrating.

Tolles Hotel am Meer mit sehr gutem Service

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, der Strand direkt vorm Hotel ist sehr steinig bis felsig. Allerdings fängt nicht weit vom Hotel ein schöner Sandstrand an. Dort findet man auch zwei Supermärkte und einige Restaurants. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Service an der Rezeption ist exzellent, besonders Anita hat uns sehr oft mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Unser erstes Zimmer (121) lag direkt am Treppenhaus und war sehr hellhörig. Nach zwei Tagen durften wir in ein super schönes, ruhiges Zimmer (447) umziehen. Dieses lag im Nebengebäude direkt am Pool. Einzig die Matrazen waren sehr durchgelegen. Unsere Tochter (5) war völlig begeistert vom Kids Club. Hier haben Vicky und Sabri die Kids mit viel liebe betreut. Auch der rest des Animationsteams war sehr nett und gab sich viel Mühe.

Beutiful Serita

Lovely hotel with great staff. The rooms are spacious, the food is incredible - by far the best Ive ever had in an all inclusive, and the pools were lovely to sit beside. The only gripes I had were the noise levels. Beware of room 101 (I know the irony) as it is directly above the kitchens and most hours of the day you can hear the plates and cutlery being rattled loudly. They did change my room, but the other residents seemed oblivious that the corridors were not sound proof. Perhaps some sings in the corridors to remind them that there are other people in the hotel. Also the wifi isn't great. It is free in the lobby but its very slow. 25 Euros for 5 nights for wifi access over the site, but I had to phone the support line several times to fix the intermittent connection. Also can someone please tell hotels that British people like to watch other things than BBC news! That was the only British channel. However, I would definitely stay again for another relaxing week. I would just opt to stay either at the end of a corridor on one of the bungalows which overlooked the sea.
