"The check-in staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many. Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule."

"The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! Breakfast was great too. Fabulous, thank you. "

"A rural location , and a friendly village pub and diner. The facilities were not 5 star but we were not expecting that.Friendly waitress coping well with some 20 diners at once. Regional food - ris de veau, and rognons , were delicious."
