โThis is one of the "MUST-STAY" hotel in Tokyo.
Hotel is very neat and nicely organized and Breakfast is very sufficient and tasty.
Most of all, hotel staff in front desk, restaurant, and lounge is all supportive and friendly. Every time, I passed by hotel lobby, I feel welcomed from all staff wheter they recognized me or not.
It was very good luck to stay at Toranomon Hills for us!โ
โI stayed at this hotel with my husband for 4 days. They knew we were on honeymoon so they decorated our beds beautifully. It was so romantic and I was very grateful! ๐
They cleaned our room every day and all the staffs were very kind to us. The corner room we stayed in was very spacious and especially the view was fantastic. If I come back to Tokyo, I would stay at this hotel again! ๐โ
โAbsolutely cracking hotel in the heart of Ginza. Really well located close to the subway and within walking distance of the main shopping street and loads of bars and restaurants. Our room was small but well kitted out with facilities. The shower was fab and we were able to borrow an iron from reception to do some last minute ironing. The fitness room was perfect and the roof top bar great for a late night cocktail. โ
"I was very satisfied. The cleaning was neat and the room was in good condition. I didn't want to get up in the morning because it was so comfortable. The location of the hotel was also very good. It is close to the station, so I think it is the best hotel to go around. The staff were kind and as a result, it was a very satisfying stay."
