"Check-in was interesting. They have self check-in stations, which is fine. But the staff had to check your passport on their computer, then direct you to the self check-in. We had an issue with the face scanner, and the staff seemed annoyed to assist us. There were no other guest waiting behind us. Seemed odd that they couldn’t just do the check-in on their computer. Room was clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay. "

The biggest issue, unfortunately, was the persistent smell of a dirty sewer throughout the property. It was noticeable at all times and significantly affected the comfort of the stay. The rooms themselves are in need of renovation. They feel worn and outdated, and a refresh would make a big difference in improving the overall experience. In summary, the location is a plus, but the lack of upkeep and the ongoing odor issue make it difficult to recommend unless you’re prioritizing convenience over comfort."
