“Staff were very helpful and kind. As a solo traveler I felt safe. The a/c in my room was new looking and perfectly functional. The room was spotless and the mattress was comfortable. Only wish there was a USB outlet near the bed and more soft towels (there are spots on each side for standard plugs) but those are my nitpicks, you get what you pay for and I would argue even more than some “3-4 star” places I’ve stayed at. Extra points for a walkable distance to food and a great mall.Also easy off...

“Room was clean, pool was open, hot tub closed.Breakfast was good, had pancakes with the usual things. Stairwell carpet was the only thing that looked like it could be cleaned or replaced, but there was an elevator also.”

“The hotel is in need of updating. The staff was kind the room was not at all welcoming. The bed was made poorly appearing to be a roll away bed with frame showing and sheets and bedding tucked in very badly. The outlets only worked if the light switch was turned out and that is not shared until you mention it to the front desk. Phones dont charge another customer they lost all their food the put in the fridge because of it. Breakfast was OK but not hot, barely warm. Ice machine broken”
