“ My family loved our apartment in St. Blasien. It is a short walk down to the Lidl grocery store or the many bakeries and coffee shops on the main street. The apartment was well equipped with coffee and condiments like sugar and salt. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. The internet was fast and it had a screen mirroring TV for your smartphone. The living room/ dining area was open and while the terrace was restricted for us to a snowball fight after 6" plus inches of snow, it...

“The room was nice and tidy, and the area was great. The customer service was extremely slow. We did not get an email about how to check in and had to call up to get access to the room. After 3 days of emailing around to various people, I finally got in contact with someone, but still yet to receive a check in email. There was also reference to a folder in the apartment that supposedly had check out instructions, this did not exist either. ”
