They had free food and drinks every afternoon we were there.

Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Had to switch rooms due to the rooms being nasty. Rooms seemed old and outdated. Mattress, pillow, and bed spread was uncomfortable. Some elevators were out of services.

We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com
