โThis is one of the "MUST-STAY" hotel in Tokyo.
Hotel is very neat and nicely organized and Breakfast is very sufficient and tasty.
Most of all, hotel staff in front desk, restaurant, and lounge is all supportive and friendly. Every time, I passed by hotel lobby, I feel welcomed from all staff wheter they recognized me or not.
It was very good luck to stay at Toranomon Hills for us!โ
โAlthough I initially understood "executive house zen' was distinct from "new otani", it turned out to be mere "club floor of new otani". Fitness/sauna was nice, but I had to take 10 minutes indoor walk to next building. Lounge food was disappointing, yet lounge liquor was OK. View was spectacular.โ
โI LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL
Definitely will come back.
Very friendly and professional staff.
Huge rooms, prob one of the largests rooms in tokyo. Newly renovated. close to ginza and everything else. โ
"The place had plenty of dining option nearby. It was also close to three subway stations, so it was extremely convenient getting around.
Service was also impeccable. Everyone was willing to help.
Some of the cons however were, the bath tub drain was clogged from the start. It bothered me a lot, I didn't ask the hotel to fix it since it was a short stay (and I did not had the time).
Lots of surfaces in the room had dust and finger prints. The overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
Also, my room did not have a desk, which was inconvenient for people on business trips like myself."
