"The breakfast was okay I guess, the eggs made my child sick. The pool had a poop turd floating in it. Unattended kids in the pool slashing water on everyone. "

"Staff was nice lobby, pool area and all was clean. My issue was the knob on the closet door was broken, and the end table next to the bed was tarnish, the curtains looked unattached from the top and the heater plate that covers the digital panel was broke. Maintenance did fix the knob and switched the table. I put on the form there was two people staying in the room, house cleaning was stingy with the towels. I need 2-3 face towels a day. One to wash up, one for my face and one for sweating. The last day they gave me one big towel. I use one for my pillow and one to dry off. I get it people still the towels but wow thats not me."

"The rooms were big and comfortable but is was a HUGE inconvenience that the room keys only seemed to work for a few hours, then you had to go back to the desk to get it fixed. EVERYTIME I came back to hotel the key didnt work. "

"Very clean rooms, walking distance to most things down town, lots of natural light and very spacious"

"Clean and spacious with big windows and bathtub. All of which puts this as one of my "goto" places . Really liked it here. Quite, kid-friendly and great location to get out and explore. "

"The pool and hot tub was nice, we were disappointed the waterpark wasn't open. Its only open Fri, Sat, Sun. Rooms were clean and the staff was nice. "
