Hotellets absolut största fördel är läget – precis vid havet med egna solstolar utan extra kostnad. Havet är fantastiskt och det är det som gör vistelsen värd. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam, men hotellet är slitet och skulle behöva renoveras. Frukosten var en besvikelse med kall mat och ett ganska enkelt utbud. Parkeringen fungerade också dåligt, det var svårt att hitta plats och bilar blockerade ofta varandra.

We were please with how clean the room was but everything was disorganized and a bit underwhelming for the price point (as there are other options in that area) The check in process was a bit rough- accidents happen but there wasn’t covered parking or clear signs telling you where to park for the hotel; we had to park in a lot and the guy wasn’t pleased but when I explain we just needed to check in to see where we needed to park he was nice (thankful for Google Translate)- we then weren’t given an actual room key and locked ourselves out (you get a card and an actual key) there is no elevator which one flight of stairs isn’t bad but with multiple luggage, the kind girl did offer to help but we were okay- the bar is beach side but the receptionist first was trying to tell us we had to pay for certain rows of umbrellas- which is not stated and is included in our paid price and it’s not a private beach- none of them really are but hotel guests aren’t suppose to pay added fees just public guests renting out their beach areas- I also had to ask for a blanket and pillow cases and the pillows were awful- the beach bar doesn’t offer much at this place the drinks are very limited and we didn’t ask about food we just walked down to the other options and were pleased. It wasn’t a bad stay just wasn’t up to the standard of $220 some dollars a night in our opinion- breakfast was also underwhelming- nice people but we would stay elsewhere again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alban Eco Hotel and it truly exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in this picturesque coastal village, the hotel offers a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself is quaint and beautifully maintained, with tasteful décor and a cozy vibe that reflects the warmth of the family who runs it. Every morning started off perfectly with a delicious continental breakfast, featuring fresh local ingredients, served with a smile. What truly set our stay apart was the incredible hospitality of the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Whether offering recommendations or simply checking in, their kindness left a lasting impression. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach with easy access to crystal-clear waters and stunning views. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway without the crowds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left feeling refreshed and grateful. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhërmi, and we hope to return someday to experience it all over again.

Lack of professionalism and poor service

This hotel they do not understand the meaning of hospitality and they do not respect the mentality of their guests. The owner just gave me execuses for so many issues they have. For example they serve a french fries and they do not have a Ketchup because as he said it is the end of the season. They served me coffee with half straw to stir up my coffee instean of spoon, what kind of a 4 star hotel is this. Also, If I need any thing they do not serve it to my room because the owner said it is the end of the season and he has no staff!! Then why would he accept to receive hotel guests if he is not prepared for giving a 4 star service. Also, The tv was not working. Last day during my breakfast they were late 20 mins to provide the american coffee because he said they need to bring the coffee machine from the beach bar!! It was really unbearable to hear invalid execuses.When I told the owner am not happy am not satified he showed lack of respect and a very bad attitude by raising his voice and he told me do not ever come to my hotel again and one of his guys told me to shut up. It is my first case in my whole life a round the world. In addition, there was a lot of garbage and dirt inside the hotel property and that's why there were so many flies-attached photos. The owner is a narrow minded because he did not like me complaining about so many issues in the hotel and he was expecting me to be silent about their huge management mistakes and lack of professionalism.
