“Fabulous room, very modern with TV, tea, coffee and biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer - in fact everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was a 'wet room' with a super shower. Breakfast was enormous with plenty of tea or coffee. All the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to assist. Well worth staying here if visiting the area.”

“Only stayed for one night but will certainly be back, the hotel is an old coaching inn from the 1800’s and if you are looking for a bland, anonymous place it’s not for you, quiet, friendly, warm and comfortable with character and quirks, my room had a 10” thick mattress ( i’m sad, i measured it ) with very good quality bedding that gave me a superb night’s sleep and even a settee to lounge on while i watched the good sized tv, views out of my windows were of Lickey forest.
