The public onsen was also amazing and last but not least, the buffet restaurant….the food was amazing with so much selection and excellent quality. "First time staying with Rakuten. The check in process was a bit weird at first but overall very easy. You check in on a tablet in the room and then you connect to an operator who finalizes your check in. You get a PIN code to enter the room was… pretty easy. The unit was spotless. Very clean. Had everything you need in the kitchen. The onsen was nice. Only thing missing was a view. "

"Staff is nice , however The tatami bed was quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We also had to set up the bedding ourselves, which was inconvenient.
The room was very cold and there was no proper heating provided, which made the stay less comfortable, especially at night. In addition, the shared toilet and bathroom were not very convenient."
