“Great food, amenities, events by the pool during the day and in the lawn in the evenings. Plenty of activities for kids so the beach remained pretty peaceful and not crowded. Probably the best hotel/resort gym I’ve ever seen. If I had one recommendation, it would be to add more umbrellas on the beach. There were plenty of chairs, but umbrellas became a Hunger Games situation as there was one umbrella for every 10-15 chairs (versus one umbrella for every two chairs by the pool). ”

“All facilities very clean. Courteous staff. Excellent service and food. We will come back. Preferred club excellent we stayed 2 weeks. Recommend sunset cruise and diving with Scuba Carib. Snorkeling great right on the beach sting rays and eagle rays.”

“Room was very clean and housekeepers were excellent. Grounds were beautiful and all staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor glitches, such as Jacuzzi at pool not heating up, buttons on room phone not aligning with the stated departments, and poor internet the last couple of days, making it difficult to reach Embajadores staff.”

“My rooms was very clean, the staff was great. They were warm, pleasant and eager to serve without being annoying or overly friendly. Room amenities were natural and just nice. The entire resort is beautiful. The beach is wonderful and the pools are spectacular. Food was good and fresh. Daytime activities were fun but I must say this. They need to add after dinner entertainment not just a saloon style pool hall and bar. They need an early dance hour to give early birds an opportunity to dance...
