"The grounds and facilities looked good, but with so many things to do in Sedona, we did not spend time at the facilities. We were very unhappy with the room. They are more outdated than the pictures show. Worst was the noise; the gap under the room connecting door let in a lot of noise (trumpet practice) and the running around on the floor above was out of control. We called the office and it got better until 5am the next morning. "

"The location is not far from Sedona or Jerome which was nice. We had the free continental breakfast our first night with eggs, bacon, waffle maker, pastries, toast, juices, coffee, etc. The second night our key wasn’t working to get in, and when I went to inquire they had a sign that now instead of the free continental breakfast it was going to be a $20 per room voucher to their partner restaurant BV’s. We looked at the menu and there was no way two people "

"Overall we had a pleasant stay. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. We stayed at the 2 story room. It was ok as far as the amount of space - it was just outdated. If you want to stay in one of their renovated rooms just pick the smaller room. Location was great and the staff was very nice. "

"The property is lovely. The room was clean and spacious. Check in was troubling as they hit you with hard sell to purchase units at the resort. Parking is painful as the resort is in the popular Uptown Sedona where public parking is scarce so they park in the resort’s parking lot. "
