"This is meant to be a 5* hotel. I would say there were elements of 5*, 4* and 3*. The staff were the best thing about the hotel - they really tried hard to make up for the dated nature of the property . The room was nice - had all that you would expect and lovely views of the bay. However, it was a bit rough around the edges but I expected that after reading the reviews. I was happy overall as I paid what I considered to be a fair price. Would I stay again - yes but it wouldn’t be my first choice . I stayed in March when a lot of the other boutique hotels are closed."

"The hotel was very clean and the location was very convenient. Close to the water, boating docks, everyday market, lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The room itself was great! The breakfast area was really nice and the view from there was everything 😍 Lots of cosy personal touches that made it feel extra special and homey (treats changed daily). House keeping staff were really nice. Although I only saw someone at the front desk once during my whole stay (4days) the communication through Whatsapp was available, however I wish responses were a bit more timely. I was very satisfied overall during my stay, highly recommend booking this place!"

"The three-star hotel met our expectations. Although it is currently undergoing renovations, it did not disrupt our stay. The manager and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room has everything we needed, it is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is ample. The area is peaceful and close to the sea."

"The self check in, no staff on site experience, was challenging, especially downloading your passports via phone in a foreign country. It did work. There is a lot of construction near by. Our pick up van couldn't even get through the street and had to back up the entire street to get out. Lucky it was 4 AM. Parking really isn't even available. We left too early to take advantage of the breakfast. This is a bed and breakfast. It was clean and quiet (Sunday night) and served the purpose for one night close to the market and airport. The heat did work (early March) and there was no additional cost."
