Clean and quiet. The person that check me in was wonderful. I would stay again if in the area. Expedia seemed to be the hiccup in me getting into my room.

It was okay, it was clean and suited our needs for a good hot shower, air conditioning on demand and sleep. But there was some black mold in the bathtub beneath the tap, the bathroom light wouldn't turn off--which we didn't mind but runs up the electric bill for them, the breakfast had few choices and quickly got used up without being replenished. This is an old, tired property and I wouldn't stay here again unless it were the only available option.

The clerk at the front counter was very warm and professional. Our room was really clean. No dust or dirt behind the door in the bathroom or anywhere on the bathroom floor. The laminated wooden floor in the room was just as clean. You could tell their staff know what to do to take care of things. The AC worked great in the 100+ degree Arizona heat. The property is older with and older look, older furniture, etc. so if you like more up-to-date modern facilities, this won't be the place for you. However, if you just want a basic, nice, clean, comfortable place to stay on a strict budget, this is a very affordable option. I would definitely go back if I was in the area again.

Personable and professional staff at front desk, Clean room. The bed had a metal siding that made loud noise whenever one got in or out of bed. THis was annoying.

The property is older and shows its age, and the surrounding area didn’t feel very nice. The breakfast was basic and the common areas could have been cleaner. That said, the room itself was in good shape—clean bathroom, strong shower pressure, and they provided soap and conditioner. The microwave, refrigerator, and newer AC unit all worked well, and the windows could be opened for fresh air. Overall, not a luxury stay, but the room was comfortable and functional.
