"Had an excellent stay here. The room was spotless, the entire hotel felt very clean and well taken care of, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming the whole time. You can tell they take pride in the experience they provide. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with plenty of options like bagels, pancakes, oatmeal, and cereal, all of which were great. The only small suggestion would be to add a few more vegetarian friendly protein options. The omelets included ham and there was sausage, and while hard boiled eggs were brought out later, having those available earlier along with something like fresh fruit would make an already solid breakfast even better. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would absolutely come back."

"We arrived and were greeted immediately. Checking in was smooth! Our staff person answered our questions and offered local suggestions. The room was spacious, CLEAN and well appointed. We really appreciated the organizational items provided. We used most facilities and all were wonderful! We especially appreciated the large common areas and easy pool access. We had a fantastic stay and will be back!"

"Overall, we really enjoyed this Marriott, but I thought I had reserved an accessible room. My daughter was afraid to use the huge shower as there were no safety bars. I did have a bit of zen issue with the toilet as I have a bad knee and it was difficult to get up off the toilet with nothing to grab onto. The curved banquette seats are badly cracked and need replacing, a pity as the Bistro has so much potential. The casual tables beside the A elevators, in the foyer are showing their age and are very scratched and worn. The rooms are beautiful overall, but with all the empty space between the bed and the patio, it would be nice to have drawers for those who like to unpack and not live out of their suitcases. All staff members were delightful, friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the sports bar serving food late as we attended a program at the Knickerbocker that ended after 9:45pm, and enjoyed our meals and server Would we stay there again -,yes, if there is a properly accessible bathroom. "

"Our room smelled like urine. Hallway had an overwhelming smell of weed. Bedsheets had stains on them. Mattress were very broken in and not comfortable. Shower did not work very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just not a well maintained hotel. Would not stay again. "

"We stayed on the 3rd floor and when you flushed the toilet it would make a noise for about 3 minutes. The alarm clock buzzed all night long and the refrigerator ran. The bed was good. Breakfast in the morning was very good."
