“We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .”

“Lovely host, great caravan park with excellent staff and the pool had a Slide, was clean, polite lifeguards and even inflatables… My kids love a caravan, weve stayed at many parks and I didn’t know much about Felixstowe holiday park until I booked there last minute… It was great… shop within a couple of minutes outside of the park, amusements within and outside the park, beach, viewing point to see the ships etc. highly recommend. ”

“Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. ”

“Perfect little place to visit and switch off. Sat outside with a cuppa at 8am on a Saturday morning with only the sun and the burd song for company was bliss. Recommendation of The Green Man pub for an evening meal was well received as the food was amazing with large portions of locally caught fish. This little gem of a place may seem like its in the midfdle of nowhere, but sometimes, that's just what you need in life!”

“I made the booking on behalf of a disabled mother and her 2 twin daughters in my role as her trustee using funds from her disabled person trust fund. I complaint immediately at arrival, the situation got worse when the host accused the guest of trashing the caravan without any evidence and refused to refund the deposit. The guest took pictures at arrival to proof that the caravan was so filthy you could call it inhabitable. The smell was so bad they felt unable to breathe without leaving the...

“Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. “Really nice place, little bit tight on space to move around the bed but it is what it is. Floor is a little squeaky, so that made me a bit concerned for the people below with me walking around. But apart from that it was perfect for my weekend trip. And being so close to the sea front for a morning/evening walk or to fgo sun yourself on the beach it's in a brilliant location.”
