For the price and for the relatively remote area it was a great place to stay. Room was clean and smoke free. Included breakfast was better then typical Super 8 breakfast. Fresh biscuits and gravy. If I was in this area again this is where I would stay.

It's a family run budget hotel. Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping came but removed our soap, didn't empty the melted ice and didn't replace regular coffee that was used. Didn't love the rack of religious tracts by the front desk. The location was where we needed to be and the room was clean.

This property was a very nice place to stay. The staff was very efficient. The only problem we had was that the cable TV did not work. It only buffered and went to a no input screen both in the evening and the morning.

This hotel was great for what we were needing it for. The room was nice. Breakfast was good for what it was. The milk pitcher had some old milk buildup that I mentioned to the staff who said they'd tried to wash it and it just doesn't wash off. It just looked gross and if it's beyond washing curdled milk off, a new pitcher may be in order.

The positives: Friendly, accommodating front desk staff. Lobby area tidy. Bed very firm but comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Nice to have mini refrigerator and microwave in room. Both were clean and worked well. TV easy to operate. Felt safe, although traveling alone. Location close to many restaurants. The negatives: The room smelled musty but when ac was turned on, it dissipated. The towel rack came appart when I took a towel from it. Looks like an easy fix that hasn't been addressed. When I lifted the toilet lid, there was fecal streaks in the toilet. Breakfast offerings were fine for a 2 star hotel but coffee was awful, biscuits were cold, as if right out of the refrigerator, and eggs were more than likely powdered. For a Continental breakfast, there were more offerings then expected which was positive. The unavoidable: The people above me dropped something that made a loud bang, probably a suitcase, could hear them walking around the room, shower turned on and running, etc. If you stay with the expectation of a 2 star hotel experience, you won't be disappointed. However, some housekeeping items mentioned above were inexcusable in my opinion. All thinks considered, I would give them a second chance if in the area again.

I’ll start off with the only positive things I can say. The room was dated, but appeared clean and the front desk staff was friendly. Time for the “it’s ok but I can handle it”. The hotel hallways had a funk that was a mix of musty and flatulent. There are no elevators. The cable is pretty basic. The breakfast is set up just like pre Covid. Pitchers of liquids and turn knob cereal. Now the “I should’ve kept driving”. The mattresses they have are horrendous. It felt like fabric stretched across a chain link fence. It was a terrible night’s sleep. I must say I expected more from a Wyndham property.

Weekend getaways

Check in was quick and staff was very pleasant and offered either ground floor or the second. We slept well and had no disturbances. Breakfast was pretty good too.
