โWonderful property, as you get treated like family.
Checking in was a wonderful process, with great ease.
I had a very nice room, with wonderful featues of large wood beams, and detailed architecture from the buildings past.
The easy access to a taproom and breakfast spot are wonderful as well.
The room was beyond expectation.
If you want a peaceful sleep, I recommend getting a room far away from the taproom.
Also note, that some rooms face the alley way and dont have the best viewโ

โThis hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels arenโt this nice. โ
โEasily the most relaxing and fun stay we had on our journey from Alaska. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Itโs amazing how pet-friendly this hotel was- never seen anything like it before! And everyone interacts with the fur-guests, too!
