“Luis was a good host and was responsive for most of our concerns. Although, our unit was not properly stocked with basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, and lacked a lot of kitchen supplies). Luis and his staff helped with most of the basics, but the lack of simple kitchen supplies like a measuring cups, cutting boards, and propane for the BBQ were disappointing, especially because we chose a condo unit to save money on food costs.
