"Great location. Eateries are everywhere, MTR station is within a thousand feet away.
Hotel is in brand new condition. Staffs are professional and courteous. Our room was very clean, but it's a bit small, and only had room for one chair. I can compare it to a standard stateroom in a cruise ship except the bathroom was a bit larger. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. The drawback to us was that the connection to the YouTube on the TV was out two of the three nights during our stay...

"Quiet, comfy and clean rooms. Conveniently located to transit and a number of food options/night markets in walking distance. Cafe in the building was also great for a bite. "

"Overall Experience:
This is not a hotel. This offers an economical, convenient and safe option ( they call it a guest house ) for a short stay in Mongkok district, on Kowloon Peninsula.
Property condition & Facilities:
This guest house ( among others ) is located in a commercial building on Nathan Road, a thoroughfare. The room I stayed in ( owned and operated by Kam Man Guesthouse) is clean, well furnished, meets the basic needs for my stay. Outside the guest room in the common area leading...

"In Mongkok but quiet part. Opposite a park and school so convenient to public transportation. Only accessible with a key card onto the floor that you stay. Have slippers and water pressure is good. "

"Stayed a night here, a lovely old building converted to hotel, recalls a lot of memories as I was brought up in a similar apartment when I was young. The only problem is the walk in shower's drainage is not very good"

"Difficult to check in.
Checkin at 2PM, cleaner did not arrive until after 2 to start cleaning so we waited another hour to get out rooms.
The lounge has a bed settee on it, which is slept in at night so there is no lounge.
I would recommend paying a tad more money to get a lot more quality. "

"Great Stays for Family !!
I booked the Plaza Deluxe Family Room and had a wonderful experience. I stored my luggage with the hotel until my next check-in, and to my surprise, they upgraded my room for both bookings!
The front desk staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure to note all my requests.
The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk through MOKO Mall from Mong Kok East MTR Station, which made getting around very convenient.
Overall, it was a great stay for families, and I truly appreciate the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!"
